Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions for the InstaPitch app developed and operated by Nitai Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd (“Nitai”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription to the App at any time by following the instructions provided within the App or by contacting us at [email address removed]. Your cancellation will be effective immediately, and you will not be charged for any future billing cycles. However, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your current billing cycle.

2. Refunds

We offer refunds for subscriptions only under the following conditions:

  • You request a refund within 3 days of subscribing.
  • You provide a valid reason for canceling, such as:
    • The App does not function as advertised.
    • You are unable to use the App due to technical issues on our end.
    • You encounter unexpected billing issues.

We will not issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • You change your mind about using the App.
  • You find a better price for a similar service elsewhere.
  • You experience buyer’s remorse.
  • You violate our Terms of Service.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to refunds@nitaitechnologies.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address associated with your InstaPitch account
  • The date of your subscription
  • The reason for your cancellation request
  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation supporting your claim

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your request meets our refund criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Important Notes

  • All refund decisions are final and at our sole discretion.
  • We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
  • This policy applies only to subscriptions purchased directly through the App. If you purchased your subscription through a third-party app store, you will need to contact the app store for their cancellation and refund policies.
